Breaking The Mould.

The thought of being just like everyone else fills me with absolute horror. To me it is a nightmare scenario that is strongly reminiscent of ‘Invasion of The Body Snatchers’ or some other 1950s science fiction feature. Armies of clones should only appear in your darkest of dreams–

Why on earth would I want to be just the same as everyone around me? How unimaginative it would be if we all dressed, spoke, ate and slept in exactly the same Read the rest of this entry »

Maybe it is because I am getting older, but television commercials drive me absolutely nuts. The minute that they come on I am desperately searching for the mute button on the remote control. I strongly object to being bombarded by things that do not interest me.

Bearing this in mind, it was really nice to stumble upon this post by someone else who feels just the same.

If the average person actually sat through all of the commercials between programs Read the rest of this entry »

Religion getting in the way of Love - Stephanie Stone VS Frank the Man

Okay I am going to rant a little here but I don’t care.

I read this blog post entitled Stephanie Louise Stone over at Jimmy’s Weblog. Now I actually know “Frank”. The likelyhood of him reading either this or Jimmy’s post is minimal - he works on computers alot so trys his best not to socialise on them in his free time! Fair play I say. Anyway - how much does that suck?
I really mean this. Fank was really Read the rest of this entry »

My GP is a tought swine!

I was shocked when I saw on the BBC website that a GP was killed by swine flu or not as it happens. The reason I found this so shocking was my personal doctor, swine Dr B lets call him as just be diagnosied with the old pig flu!
I went allong their to get in a fight about not being put on the sleeping register and guess what I found yes you know it a locum doctor. Who was Read the rest of this entry »

Okay don't you think MJ kind of was asking for it.

Okay I know this is nasty and I know I’ll probable get some flack for this but wasn’t Micheal Jackson the king of pop, kind of asking for it by booking 50 gigs in a row. He was a 50 year old man. That kind of exercise would kill me and I’m still young.

Micheal life had been a mess for quite a while now. I would not be suprised if he silently popped a few too many pill and Read the rest of this entry »

Hi

Hallelujah! I got round to the long awaited blog that I’ve been promising you all I’d do for some time now. As you probably know I’m pretty new to the massive online world that is the web so it’s taken me a good stretch of time to find out how to do this the right way. I have a ton of internet savvy mates who’ve helped me set this up and I’m sure once I’ve done it a few times I’ll be able to maintain it by myself! Until then however I may just ask my knowledgable web geeks!

So I checked out all those terrible social networking sites – you know the ones, Bebo, Facebook, Myspace you get the idea. All fine and dandy and everything, but none of them seemed to have any attraction to me when it came to blogs. I mean, yeah you can make one but they’re more about connecting with old friends and people you haven’t seen for ages or just lost contact with over time. The thing is while it’s nice to link up with these people, surely there’s a reason why you didn’t want to stay in touch?! Not that I have anything against them in particular, but I don’t think they give a monkey’s about what I’ve got to say.

If you’re reading this and you’re a mate, lemme know what you think. If not, please don’t.

Until then, take care my loyal blog viewers!
